Creating a USB stick that works in any Serato is actually quite easy.
Make sure you have Serato installed; Serato Pro or Serato Lite, they both work for this purpose.
Then convert your existing DJ library to Serato. See here for guides for each DJ app.
After that is done, start up Serato and you should see your playlists, cues and everything in Serato if the conversion went well.
Then the last step: plug in your USB and in Serato drag a playlist (crate) into the USB, see this link.
Serato will copy your tracks to the USB and your crate information. So when you plug this USB into a different computer that has Serato, your crate and cues will show up there.
